Debian 13.0.0 发布

历经两年开发，Debian 13 "Trixie"正式发布，带来Linux 6.12内核、GNOME 48桌面及14,100+新软件包，首次支持64位RISC-V架构，将成为未来数年Ubuntu等衍生系统的基础版本。
